Microsoft Build : Fabric has joined the channel

๐ŸŽ‰ This is it! It's time to get excited because Microsoft Build is finally here! Brace yourself for a wave of major news hitting you all at once. With a whopping 257 sessions to choose from, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. But don't worry, the Quantum BI team has your back. We've done the legwork for you and narrowed down our favourite sessions from a Data & Analytics perspective that you simply can't afford to miss. Take a moment to explore our top picks and discover why we believe they're worth your time.

๐Ÿ˜ฏ First and foremost, the Data Platform opening keynote: Data analytics for the era of AI. Lots of interesting information there even though it's a keynote...you'll learn all about the architecture shift that Microsoft is taking and why they do this.

๐Ÿคฏ Need something more interesting?! Then definitely look at this session from Andrej Karpathy, even though we're quite sad that he left Tesla, it's nice to see that he's doing some amazing work at Microsoft via OpenAI. Lots of tips and tricks and he highlights some of the realities waiting for us with all the upcoming AI stuff : State of GPT

๐Ÿคฉ What about our beloved PowerBI? There is one session to rule them all. It gives you all the upcoming changes in our favourite tool and some of these changes are truly mind blowing! Here it is : Empower every BI professional to do more with Microsoft Fabric.

๐Ÿคจ Last but not least, What the ... is Microsoft Fabric?!
Here is a session giving you some info. Since it's still quite new, we are planning to do a quick overview for you in the upcoming weeks. We'll tell you what this means for those with existing PowerBI implementations and what we think would be good (or not!) about this new concept. If you prefer to hear it from Microsoft, here it is : Accelerate your data potential with Microsoft Fabric.

That's it for this week, we have lots of new things try out so that we can help our customers navigate these upcoming changes.

Talk to you soon!
